Naesosa Templestay (Jeollabuk-do)

Templestay allows participants have hands-on experience of monastic life at traditional temples with history and culture of Korean Buddhism intact. Programs offered: buddhist ceremony, 108 Prostrations, making prayer beads, formal monastic meal, conversation with a monk over tea, meditation and the four dharma instruments.
